use of dirname in initramfs invalid

Bug Description

I'm getting a lot of /init: line 1: dirname: not found in my logs. I'm running 14.04 with the latest updates.

grep -ir dirname /lib/live/boot

9990-misc-helpers.sh: ISO_DEVICE=$(dirname $FROMISO)
9990-misc-helpers.sh: ISO_DEVICE=$(dirname ${ISO_DEVICE})
9990-misc-helpers.sh: testpath=$(dirname $testpath)
9990-misc-helpers.sh: mkdir -p "$(dirname ${source})"

'dirname' is a command provided by busybox. Can you check with lsinitramfs that busybox (and the dirname symlink) is inside your initramfs?
