Instance Action Log Action column is not translatable

On Admin->System->Instances->[instance detail]->Action Log and Project->Compute->Instances->[instance detail]->Action Log the values in the Action log are not translatable.

    made action log's action value translatable

    Value of action column is not translatable
    in instance's action log table

    In this patch, added the display choices
    with translatable option
