Bug Description
This is actually a small feature request but it is easy to implement in 6.1 (only UI) and it already impacted our users, so we are going to track this as a bug.
1.We need to implement an extra step as part of cluster delete functionality. The github style is the most reasonable method, i.e. when a user wants to delete environment we should ask to type the name of this environment in the dialog.
2.A possible exception to this is a cluster with no node assigned to it.
3.Also in the confirmation dialog the default button should "Cancel" not "OK".
