You may need to run the following from a terminal:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

Then re-install the package.

If that does not resolve your issue, please mark the bug as "Confirmed"

problem in update-grub. exactly /usr/lib/os-probes/init/10filesystems. and more exactly modprobe xfs. sorry for my english.

sudo apt-get install -f showed me that my /boot was out of disk space. My apologies. Thanks for the help. Ill change the status to invalid.
