Cluster configuration: Ubunru 14.04, 3 controllers + 197 compute nodes with ceph

While running Full rally tests, we found in dmesg logs errors like:
[11583.763015] perf samples too long (2504 > 2500), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 50000
[25732.239150] perf samples too long (5002 > 5000), lowering kernel.perf_event_max_sample_rate to 25000
