1.8beta1: RAM units is given as GB on node details and listing pages, instead of GiB

Bug Description

On the node detail page, my system is listed as having "32 GB" of RAM. That should be "32 GiB".

Same is true on the node listing page for the column header.

This was fixed in 1.7 but seems to have regressed in 1.8.
