Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create environment
2. Add DockerStandalon
3. Send environment to deploy
Actual result:
Deployment fails with error:
2015-04-08 14:09:04 - Deployment finished with errors
2015-04-08 14:09:04 - null value violates notNull() contract
The problem is that 'password' is required for application, but there is not such field in UI form.
Traceback from murano-engine log is attached below.
