Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log to the controller node
2. Execute "murano --help". There are will be a list of available commands, including commands for 'categories' and 'env-templates'
3. Try to execute "murano category-list"
Observed result:

CLI version contains commands for 'categories' and 'env-templates', in contrast to murano-api version

Unfortunately it is an downside of having newer version of python-muranoclient than actual Murano itself. We have Kilo version of python-muranoclient and stable/juno Murano with backports.
