Bug Description

We can see that Saharra OSTF tests feailed for MOS 6.1:

Looks like we have some issues with the access to VMs / floating IPs or with resources on the test environments.

We need to manually reproduce the issue, debug it and fix it.

I deployed environment with these configurations. All test passed. I think we have problem with timeout or slow machine

Looks like the root of this issue in the limited resources on QA lab and we need to run these tests on hardware lab. This issue doesn't reproduced on harware lab and it means that the root of the issue in the virtual environment
