OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon) 2015.1.0 "kilo"

Bug Description

On Admin/System/Images and Project/Compute/Images the Type column values are not translated. Snapshot and Image are always shown in English.

    Make Image Type translatable

    On the image tables the Type values are not translatable.
    Update the code so they can be translated.
