Bug Description

Currently the referer restrictions can only be applied to the whole site. This usually results in the user being restricted from accessing everything including their home page.

Make a change to support a request_url when specifying a referrer restriction, such that i can set up a restriction for certain paths within my folder structure (e.g. /static/*)
