Bug Description
The schema name should be configurable for the OVSDB connection
That way it can be used by external users (like OVN), currently the "Open_Vswitch" schema name is hard coded

allow OVSDB connection schema to be configurable
Add the schema name as a parameter to the OVSDB IDL connection.
That way other users can use this with other schemas
