Bug Description

A backporting guide for the memcached failover fixes [0], [1] and securoty fix [2] should be included into the ops guide and into the upcoming technical bulletin for RabbitMQ HA clustering as well. The information about how the keystone.token.persistence.backends.memcache_pool.Token backend for Keystone fails over should be described as well.

Note: The fixes are not applicable for the Fuel versions <6.0 as there
is no support for the memcached backend

    This update to the ops guide describes how
    to backport the memcache_pool fixes from the
    6.0.x trunk branch to the existing
    Fuel 6.0. It also adds the
