xfce4-datetime-plugin: time running much to fast

i got an offset from about 6 - 8 Minutes every night:

root@xubuntu:~# ntpdate -u de.pool.ntp.org
 6 Apr 17:25:25 ntpdate[4338]: step time server 85.25.105.106 offset 299.946302 sec

ntpd is OFF, so i don't know where this comes from.

Seems even worse if BOINC is running - now it shows 4:20 am at 9 am!

After the official release of Vivid:
