ordereddict package is no longer required

The package ordereddict is no longer required as it is part of Python 2.7. Given we are no longer supporting Python 2.6, this package can be removed from requirements.txt.

    Remove ordereddict from requirements.txt

    The ordereddict package is now part of Python 2.7 and
    since Python 2.6 is no longer supported (as of Kilo) we
    can remove this package from trove/requirements.txt
