Hi Stanislav, and thanks for your report.

I don't really know what this is about, but I would to remove the package completely and install it again:

sudo apt-get purge gnome-user-docs
sudo apt-get install gnome-user-docs

I'd suggest that you try that, and let us know if it fixes the issue.
