please build bindings for Python3

Bug Description

There is still the goal to remove Python2 from the desktop images, and to use Python3 only. please build bindings for Python3. Looks like it is supported by upstream.

FWIW Upstream does not support yet python3. One of the RedHat folks is working on Python3 support for talloc, and he will probably convert tdb at some point too.
