Start nautilus in the language specified by LANG environment variable (if present)

Bug Description

If the `LANG` environment variable is present (and especially if overwritten with `env`) `nautilus` should be started in the specified language in order to facilitate debugging and filing issues.

"and especially if overwritten with `env`", so whenn started with `env LANG=C nautilus` the default language setting is used
