Bug Description
Deploy Contrail plugin with Centos has failed during pre-deployment procedure.
How to reproduce:
1. Upload contrail plugin to the master node
2. Install plugin and additional packages
3. Create cluster with Centos
4. Try to deploy this cluster
Actual result:
Puppet (err): Could not find dependency Exec[add_
Proposed solution:
modify site-contrail-
tested on
build: fuel-6.

Deprecated code removed
According to the latest changes in fuel 6.1 we don't need this code
anymore. It was a part of our backlog.
Minor refactoring.
