Incorrect item in the capabilities list

The Capabilities API is documented here: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ceilometer/webapi/v2.html#Capabilities . It contains an item called 'samples:groupby'. We support groupby function only for statistics calculation, which means that this value should be removed from the list of returned capabilities.

    Remove 'samples:groupby' from the Capabilities list

    The 'samples:groupby' field in capabilities does not mark a real
    functionality, but can cause confusion, therefore it is removed
    from that list. The example in the documentation was also updated.
