Bug Description
There are many RabbitMQ clustering issues with existing installations of the Fuel 6.0/5.1 versions. I believe, the support team can confirm it. These issues had been addressed in the current 6.0.x/5.1.x trunc branches. But the ops guide should be updated as well.
It'd be nice also to have all of it explained in the dedicated RabbitMQ clustering bulletin. This bulletin should explain the RabbitMQ clustering in Fuel with a time flow charts, in details, and contain this backporting guide as well. This bulletin should also explain that for we want a rabbit-fence daemon in Fuel as an additional measure to fasten a failover procedure (related bug https:/
