Binary package hint: tango-icon-
The copyright file for tango-icon-
1. the copyright field is empty (usually is held by Canonical or by upstream authors);
2. "stock-icons/* is under LGPL" (at line 21): but the folder doesn't exist in this package;
3. the file doesn't meet the commonly used 80-chars line limit.

The culprit seems to be that the copyright file is poorly arranged. The copyright field should mention "see above authors", and it should be clarified with dates.
stock-icons refers to the source package.
