Bug Description
Ubuntu adds a magic key to .desktop files to load translations from a gettext .po/.mo file
This was added to kde4libs as the kubuntu_
This should be ported to kf5 to read these entries for people installing apps from Ubuntu Unity which add translations through gettext files.

(which I'm not convinced is true)
