Bug Description

Occasionally we see in logs strange error - DetachedInstanceError:

DetachedInstanceError: Parent instance <ActionExecution at 0x7ff17c82cbd0> is not bound to a Session; deferred load operation of attribute 'output' cannot proceed

    * Fixed error "DetachedInstanceError Parent instance
