[feature-stats] Need to save IP client address into collector db

We are filtering the traffic from our networks on the collector.mirantis.com. But in case of changing of our network infrastructure traffic from our networks can be not filtered.

For control and post filtering stats from our networks we should save the IP address from request to collector.

Binding IP with installation info is private information. We must solve the issue in the different way
