Lazy queue creation doesn't validate queue's data

When creating a queue lazily, the proper queue validation is not being done. Here's an example:

I believe that affects both, v2_0 and v1_1

    Adds a test for queues validations

    I added a test that verifies that the middleware validates the name
    of the queue before the queue is created and the message is posted.
