Bug Description

Allow option in print service to change the font size.

Current print service will only print in one font size (12?)
Allow the option to vary the size of the print - i.e.; sometimes it would be nice to change the printed output so the service items will print in a larger size, like 24, so printed service items can be used by worship team that cannot see projector.

For 2.2 you need to create a CSS file to change the styling in root of OpenLP's data directory.

In 2.4 you need to create a CSS file in a serviceprint directory on OpenLP's data directory.

This needs more documentation.

For documentation this is a hidden feature which needs to be documented and the base (original) CSS made available to change.

The current version of the manual does not mention:
1. In 2.4 you need to create a CSS file in a serviceprint directory on OpenLP's data directory.
2. The copy function does shows the changes to the CCS file, but the Copy button doesn't grab the changes in version 2.4.6
3. More samples would be great!
