Bug Description
For release 2.0:
- codebase is unified to support both python 2 and 3 from the same sources, without translation with 2to3 or 3to2.
- now we want to properly support pip and wheels for the release, it's 21st century around.
Let's make 10th anniversary of IntelHex as good as we can.
