[Dashboard] Problem with span class "fa-eye password-icon" css style

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import package with "MySQL Application"
2. Navigate to "Application Catalog" > "Applications"
3. Start to create "MySQL App"
4. Go to 'Step 2' and take a look at password fields

Observed result:
Span classes 'form-control-feedback fa fa-eye password-icon' located lower then text field.

    Set line-height for search-icons

    Before, to set correct height of search icons 'top' property of
    form-control-feedback class was overriden from default horizon value of
    0. This caused other icons in dynamic-ui be incorrectly positioned.

    This commit sets line-height for search icons to center the
    search icons and not alter any other value.
