[Dashboard] 'Next page' button disappears after walking across pages with apps

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import more then 6 packages with applications
2. Navigate to "Application Catalog" > "Applications"
3. Click on "Next page" button
4. Click on "Previous page" button

Observed result:
"Next page" button is absent

The problem is related to marker filter parameter. It looks like it's generally related to sorting technique used.

    Catalog: Set correct sort_dir for next/prev page buttons

    Before, navigating Next and Previous page used incorrect sort_dir and
    incorrect markers because of that. Now marker chosed for next/prev link
    is chosen by inspecting current sort_dir.
