Removing pantheon didn't help, now gnome-control-center executable seems to be missing, even though gnome-control-center package is installed. Settings still don't open.

I just installed pantheon and elementary from Ubuntu 16.04, then tried kde a while and now turn to gnome 3. (Everything because Canonical lets Unity die)
As I went these way I got that bug. Its the same. When I try to open gnome-control-center nothing happens. When I open from terminal it says:

gnome-control-center
[INFO 11:37:57.623375] Application.vala:153: Systemeinstellungen version: 2.0
[INFO 11:37:57.623413] Application.vala:155: Kernel version: 4.4.0-78-generic
[ERROR 11:37:57.696918] [GLib-GIO] Settings schema 'org.pantheon.dpms' is not installed
/usr/bin/gnome-control-center: Zeile 20: 28797 Trace/Breakpoint ausgelöst (Speicherabzug geschrieben) switchboard $switchboard_options $requested_plug

So I think that bug is still present.
