Bug Description
Currently the Project detail view shows the 5 most "Recent builds" and does not provide a way to view older builds. The Dependency detail view shows builds, and has pagination for previous builds.
You can reproduce this by creating some projects, dependencies, and trigger more than 5 project builds. Once you've done that navigate to the project page, the builds page, and a dependencies page.
* /projects/1/ this page does not provide a way to view older builds
* /projects/1/builds/ this page does, but is not linked anywhere
* /dependencies/1/ this is an example of a dependency page where the builds are shown and paginated

We should duplicate the dependencies UI in projects, and I wonder if that would make projects/X/builds redundant so we could remove that view if the functionality is in the main projects view.
Another, less elegant option, is to add a "view all builds" link to projects/X linking to projects/1/builds. This would be low-hanging fruit which would solve the bug (albeit in an inconsistent way since dependencies/ does it differently).
