Web staff client: non-functional buttons on patron registration screen

Several buttons on the patron registration form do not function in the web client:

Replace barcode: This button previously wiped out the old barcode and allowed staff to enter a new barcode. In the web client, the "Replace barcode" button does nothing However, staff can just type in a new barcode in place of the old one. We need to either a) re-add the constraint to the barcode field preventing staff from entering a new barcode until that "Replace barcode" button was clicked and fix the button or b) remove that "Replace barcode" button and simply allow users to enter data into the barcdoe field as if it were any other field.

Generate password: It should be generating a random password

See all: It should be displaying inactive and active barcodes linked to the record

Update expire date: It should be updating the patron expiration date.

I'm going to set this bug to Won't Fix since we now have a project to move the patron editor to Angular - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1452950 - and AFAIK, we don't have current web client users who need this fix right away.
