USSD has stopped working

Entering a USSD code in dialler-app does not work anymore: the code is apparently when pressing the dial button, but there is no reply.

However,

/usr/share/ofono/scripts/send-ussd /ril_X <code>

seems to work just fine.

I managed to reproduce the bug once in my tests. After restarting telephony-service-indicator ussd works again.
