Bug Description

Receiving the following message:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/wwwroot/www.virtual/tony/eventum/lib/pear/Net/UserAgent/Detect.php on line 409

When loading any page in Eventum 2.3.6 in IE 10 or Higher (IE 10 or IE 11).

According to PEAR page for that library, no active development has taken place on it since 04/2010

Looking at the source on the library, it doesn't know how to detect anything above IE9. Please correct or use a different useragent detection library.
