Bug Description
Now if there are some error during deleting cluster, we can't see reasons of failure from status description. But It would be nice to have

Minor - allow changing status description of deleting cluster
We should allow changing status description of deleting
cluster, because in case of possible issues during deletion
we would not have ability to see reasons of issues from UI.
