lightdm-1.10.3-3
Using radeonfb, booting lightdm results in a black screen when Xorg starts. lightdm is running, and typing the username and password will log in the user, at which point the black screen disappears and the desktop works as expected.

"Okay, so I think your original problem is because the Xorg fbdev driver
uses the colour depth from console by default, and I guess the login
manager you're using can't deal with that. You may want to report that
against the login manager package"
