Bug Description
1) Add app to the environment
2) Go to the environment details page
3) Click 'Deploy this environment' button
4) App carousel and 'Deploy this environment' button are hided
5) Wait for a deployment to finish
Actual resultЖ
'Deploy this environment' and app carousel are not browsed
Expected result:
Environment actions are shown right after the deployment is finished
