[Dashboard] Need to add filtering to action list

Need to sort action list alphabetically, now they are browsed in random order.

It's inconvenient if action need to be run frequently/.

    Add application actions sorting

    When list of actions is browsed, it's not ordered in any way.
    To provide more usability, need to sort it alphabetically
