Bug Description
The progress bar in Transmission is not themed correctly. The border of the torrent progress bar is Mate green, but the middle is Ubuntu orange. I believe this issue exists for all system progress bars. I'm currently running Ubuntu Mate 15.04 Beta 2.

This bug is present in Ubunt MATE 15.04 final, too. Not only transmission, but all GTK3 applications seem to be affected by this bug (seen in Update-Manager and Synaptic).
