Bug Description
Today I realized that although I've been performing 'apt-get update' and 'apt-get dist-upgrade' on this machine, the kernel package had not updated since 3.13.0-39
Investigation revealed that the linux-generic package was not installed, although I have not explicitly uninstalled the package.
I reinstalled linux-generic, and the dependencies caused new kernel packages to be installed, and it appears that I'm back to normal.
