When the text overflow a textbox the command CTRL+A only selects the visible text

Bug Description

Instead of choosing the font size in the toolbar to change the whole textbox font size I wanted to select all the text with CTRL+A but this one only selected the text that I could see on my screen leaving the rest of text with the original font size.

OS: Windows 7 SP1
Inkscape version: 0.91 r13725
