Bug Description
STR:
Create any env.
Open node addition screen.
Expected result:
Error and offline nodes are at the bottom of the list.
Actual:
Error and offline nodes are at the top of the list.

Can not confirm it's a bug. Cause nodes are grouped in groups by hardware on the Add Nodes screen. And then nodes are sorted within it's group.
Also it should be noted that now we place offline nodes only to the bottom of a node list. Maybe it should be expanded on error nodes. UX decision should be made.
