Bug Description

Mir 0.12.[01] misreport themselves as version 0.11.0. This is because the MIR_VERSION_ macros were never updated since 0.11.0.

Whoops. I just noticed Mir 0.12 is still supported for vivid. Still unlikely to ever be Fix Released, but it's there.

vivid is end of life now, I think.
