Please sync patch 2.7.5-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Changelog entries since current vivid version 2.7.4-2:

patch (2.7.5-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Fix symlink directory regression (closes: #777122).
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.6 .

There's only one item in the upstream changelog:

Changes in version 2.7.5:

* There are users which expect patch to follow symbolic links in the working
  directory, so patch now again follows symbolic links as long as they do not
  leave the working directory.
