Bug Description

In master (kilo) we have a rabbitmq_package_sha256 variable for the sha256 value of the rabbitmq package. This should be added to icehouse/juno so we can validate the package before installation.

    Validate checksum of rabbitmq-server package

    Use a SHA-256 checksum, rabbitmq_package_sha256, to verify that the
    downloaded rabbitmq-server package is valid.
