[system_tests] Incorrect discovery of Heat tests

Bug Description

In the log of system tests we can see following:
2015-03-17 08:46:53,260 - INFO fuel_web_client.py:124 -- Assert OSTF tests are passed at cluster #1: ['fuel_health.tests.platform_tests.test_heat.HeatSmokeTests.test_autoscalingtest_rollback']

It seems like Heat OSTF tests are incorrect discovered or passed.

    Fix bug with wrong Heat tests discovery in system tests

    System test 'Deploy Heat cluster in HA mode' fail because of
    missed comma. This system test tried to run nonexistent OSTF
    test 'test_autoscalingtest_rollback'.
