More vivid-LXC fun! The local-deploy-vivid-amd64 test is failing again.

FYI, the local-deploy-vivid-amd64 test is passing sporadically for both 1.23 and master. So it may be some sort of timeout situation of which we are riding the edge. Another possibility is that the daily images we are running vary in stability from day to day. So switching to the release images *may* help.

Given that the test is passing consistently, I'm going to close this issue. However, I plan on keeping an eye on it.
