Reverse Text and "Click" sound on menu buttons

For a long time now - basically since 2.1/2.2 wargus, all the little features have been removed from the game, but with the help of Andrettin, we have made it so highlighting text and click sounds now effect the game and main menus in wargus/wyrmsun.

I will add the patch files here for wargus. Startagus file will be added in the Stratagus branch bug report.
