Bug Description

The zope.conf shows an interresting feature with the "database-quota-size" option but it seems that this is used nowhere.

Setting database-quota-size to any value has no effect. Data.fs can grow above its value without noticeable thing (alarm in event.log or exception raised)

$ find $ZOPE_HOME | xargs grep "database-quota-size" -
./etc/zope.conf.in:# Directive: database-quota-size
./etc/zope.conf.in:# database-quota-size 1000000

There seems that no python module uses this config variable :(
